Appointments Time - At Carpet Medic we can offer cleaning times Anytime between 09:00 and 20:00 Monday to Saturday. So that our cleaning can fit in around your day. Our cleaning technician will arrive within a 15 minute window of your appointment time, otherwise we will ring you to give a revised start time.

Furniture Moving - If you are unable to prepare the room for cleaning yourself, we will move the furniture * for you, this means that the areas that are not seen will be cleaned as well as the main carpet.
* We will not move heavy furniture such as King size beds, book/display cases, pianos etc... This free service extends to items such as sofas, dinning tables provided that they are light enough to easily move. If you are not sure please ask at time of booking. Also please ensure that your floor is clear, so we can provide an efficent service.
